You can cancel the Loot Pass at any time, and it will end after the current period. Cancellation is very simple and straightforward. Please note that after cancellation, you will lose access to all benefits, such as the 10 Fast Lane tickets per month, the Discord role, and more.

No. The 10 Fast Lane tickets per month included in the GPORTAL Loot Pass are only valid for the current month. But don't worry, you'll get another 10 Fast Lane tickets next month, so you'll always have access to the express lane when you need it.

Absolutely! We want to keep expanding the benefits for Loot Pass members and will be adding more features, bonuses, and perks over time. We already have a number of ideas that we are working on. Stay tuned!

All Loot Pass members are automatically eligible for Loot Pass giveaways and generally participate automatically. Depending on the giveaway, however, we may send an email to our Loot Pass members to request their address, for example, if we’re mailing the giveaway items. These emails are sent automatically to all Loot Pass members. Important: Make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletter so you receive our Loot Pass emails. You can enable or disable the newsletter under “My Settings” in your GPORTAL account. We also recommend joining our Community Discord, as we share all Loot Pass info (and more) there as well.

The “Pause Feature” allows you to pause an eligible gamecloud* (game server) so that no ongoing costs are generated for the paused gamecloud, and it can be reactivated at a later time. Only ONE gamecloud can be paused at a time. An active Loot Pass subscription is required for a paused gamecloud to remain in paused status. If the Loot Pass subscription is canceled or is no longer active, the paused gamecloud will be reactivated (at the same price as before the pause).

*Currently, the following gameclouds are eligible for the “Pause Feature": FiveM, RedM, Enshrouded, Farming Simulator, Rust CE (Console Edition)

Important: Due to a transition in our payment system in 2026, only gameclouds for the listed titles created in the new payment system are eligible to use the “Pause Feature”. Older Gameclouds for these games—that is, those created in our old payment system—cannot use this feature.
